There are two ways to add margin to an open position:

1) From the chart

Grab the Liquidation line and move it to add margin. If you're adding to a long trade, move the line down. If you're adding to a short trade, move the line up. Adding margin to an open position will lower your current leverage while your position size will remain the same.

2) From the Edit modal

Use the drop down menu to choose which stablecoin you want to use to add margin. You don't have to pick the same token used to open the trade. Once you have set your parameters click the "Add" button.

To add margin to your position click on the "Edit " button. In the pop-up window select "Add" and type the amount you want to pay.
